  • Tuambie jina lako, namba ya simu uliyoagiza nayo, na kwamba hukuridhika.
  • Huhitaji kurudisha chupa. Unaweza kuwa umefungua au kutumia bidhaa.
  • Tunarejesha pesa kwa M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa au Airtel Money ndani ya siku 7 za kazi baada ya kuthibitisha oda yako.

Bidhaa isiyo sahihi, iliyoharibika, au ambayo haikufika

Kama ulipokea bidhaa isiyo sahihi, iliyoharibika au iliyofunguliwa, au oda yako haikufika kama ilivyothibitishwa, tutumie ujumbe WhatsApp na picha ikiwezekana. Tutakutumia bidhaa mpya bure au kukurejeshea pesa — chaguo ni lako.

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with Daytime Slimming for any reason, we will refund the full product price — no hard questions.

How it works:

  • Message us on WhatsApp 0765 457 942 within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Tell us your name, the phone number you ordered with, and that you are not satisfied.
  • You do not need to return the bottle. The product may be opened or used.
  • We refund by M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa or Airtel Money within 7 working days of confirming your order.

The guarantee applies once per customer and covers the product price you paid.

Wrong, damaged or undelivered orders

If you received the wrong product, a damaged or tampered package, or your order was not delivered as confirmed, message us on WhatsApp with photos where possible. We will send a replacement free of charge or refund you — your choice.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, at no cost.
