Brand & Legal Entity

Lilac Labs is a consumer wellness and dietary supplement brand operating under Camp Lilac Mikumi Company Limited, a company registered in the United Republic of Tanzania.
All sales, refunds, returns, and customer service matters are handled under this legal entity.


Our Philosophy

We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to treat every customer fairly, respectfully, and transparently.
Because dietary supplements are consumable health products, this policy balances consumer protection, hygiene standards, and applicable Tanzanian regulations.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product arrived damaged, defective, or tampered with
  • Your order was not delivered as confirmed
  • You cancel your order before it has been dispatched

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and compliance with health and safety standards.


Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind refunds are accepted only if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened or partially used
  • The refund request is submitted after 14 days from delivery
  • The product was purchased as a final-sale or promotional item
  • Results vary due to individual metabolism, diet, lifestyle, or adherence to usage instructions

Please note that dietary supplements work differently for each individual, and outcome variation alone does not qualify for a refund.


Consolation & Goodwill Support

Where a refund is not applicable, Lilac Labs may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following goodwill options:

  • Store credit for future purchases
  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund as a goodwill gesture

These options are offered as customer support gestures and do not constitute an admission of fault or obligation.


Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • All refunds will be completed no later than 30 days from approval, in accordance with Tanzanian electronic transaction guidelines

Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please email us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos or supporting evidence where applicable
